Just because you travel this summer does not mean your exercise needs to suffer! I've got some tips for how to make it happen.
April was QUITE the month! I'm finally able to look back and take stock of it all. I'm pretty sure that I experienced every single human emotion possible, and I'm better for it! All the details of my teacher training, and what's next for the Clarity Project up on the blog now!
I did it! The Ultimate Reset is done and I've never felt better. I'm sharing all my thoughts, and the details today!
That's it folks! What a trip. I'm so happy to have done this program, and can't wait to incorporate what I've learned permanently!
The second to last day was a great one! My body has become an efficient machine!
Today was a battle of wills. Mine against the Super Bowl and the Birthday Cake. Guess who won?
Day 16 involved sick children, but a lot of good choices on my part!
The first day of phase 3 was a great one! Lots of good food and no deprivation here!
Week 2 went by much faster, and I had some really wonderful discoveries!
Day 14 and I've discovered that my appetite has not only stabilized, but it has gotten MUCH smaller!
Day 13 was a great one, and I feel like I just may be getting the hang of this whole "reset" thing!
Today was a bit of a tiring day thanks to an EARLY wakeup call from my little one. But, it was definitely and ON POINT nutrition day!
Thank goodness it's FRIDAY! It was a good day on the food front here and I'm almost half way done!
Day 8 is in the bag! The food today started strong and got progressively basic, but the highlight was my shake!
Day 7 is here, and I'm at the end of Phase 1. Today I'm recapping my day, and the first week!
Day 5 went by quickly, and there was less prep today...always a win in my book!
Day 4 started off strong on the energy front, then I hit a wall. Luckily things ended on a great note with our dinner!
Planning truly is everything, and this week I'm setting myself up to really get back on track!
For me this time of year it's all about balance! Exercise, clean eating and planning are key.
