My planning game has been pretty weak lately. I've been writing out my weekly meal plans but for some reason I just don't seem to stick to it as well if I don't really sit down and spend dedicated time focused on it.
This week, I'll be starting the Ultimate Reset, and I'm going to have to buckle down and really plan out my food. I have to say, it feels pretty great to have a solid plan in place. Now, I need to figure out my plan of attack for food shopping because there are several things on here that I've never had before or even heard of!
To me, that's the beauty of this project. I'm going to have an opportunity to try new foods, change my habits and REALLY get back in tune with how I'm fueling my body (or not). Rigorous exercise is not recommended on the Reset, but yoga is perfectly fine. I'll be going through the wonderful yoga resources on Beachbody on Demand these next 21 Days and am looking forward to that possibly opening up a new path as well (more on that to come).
