One of the things I love about being part of a team, and coaching is that I'm constantly inspired to try new things and see how I can feel my best. I've been feeling a bit sluggish lately, my sugar increase had a spike over the holidays, and I've got a husband whose cholesterol numbers are getting too high. All this means that it's time to try something new with my nutrition.
The Ultimate Reset is a 21 day cleanse to help you restore your body to it's normal functions. In the world that we live in, everything is processed, convenient, high fat and just plain unhealthy. For me personally, I'm looking to get back to more natural sources of energy, and learn how to restore my body from all of the intense workouts that I usually do. I also want to take some time to get clearer mentally and do some yoga. My plan afterwards is also to likely transition to more of a vegetarian type of diet, so we will see how this works out!
I've heard that meal prep can be the most challenge part, and I plan to follow something like this once I get my kit and can really start the preparation in the coming week.
