Today started EARLY with a 5:15AM wakeup call from my youngest. I'm finding that I have been sleeping much more deeply on this program, and it was a bit jarring to be jolted awake this morning.
I've been fatigued all day, and have noticed some cravings coming back. There is definitely a link there. All in all though it was a good day! Busy with the kiddos and I managed to stay on course with the food.
Breakfast: Fruit bowl with chia seeds, coconut flakes and oatmeal
Lunch: Microgreens salad, miso vegetable soup (from last night)
Optional Snack: Chocolate vegan shakeology with chia seeds and frozen strawberries
Dinner: Roasted mediterranean beets, brown rice with nori gomasio, coconut kale
Now, it's an early to be night for this mama!
