Day 5...I came, I saw, I went. Today felt better physically, thought emotionally I was continued to deal with some cravings. The hunger quotient was also higher today, but I suspect that might be due to running around like a crazy person after my kiddos!
Here is what I ate:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with walnuts, apple and maple syrup
Lunch: Veggie Cruidite, Hummus, Quinoa Salad
No snack today!
Dinner: Sadly, I forgot to take a picture, but it was a mixture of what we had last night and during the day. Veggie stir fry, brown rice and miso soup.
Once again the food was good, and I'm feeling strong going into Monday!
