Day 21 has arrived! I made it! I'm feeling a mixture of pride, elation and excitement about what's to come. More proof that this definitely is not a diet, as I'm truly looking forward to continuing to eat like this! Yes, I will be brining back a bit of alcohol and sugar, but I plan to really listen to my body and be mindful about it. More on that to come.
I am going to do a separate recap post on this experience, but I'm SO glad I did it. I feel mentally clearer than I have in a very long time, and physically energetic and lean. Admittedly, I am looking forward to getting back to my Beachbody on Demand workouts, but I'll ease into it with a bit of gentle yoga this week. It's been a great journey, and I can't wait for what's to come. Stay tuned for my recap post tomorrow!
