The second to last day is here! Big realization today was that I believe my body has indeed become more efficient as promised. Fruit for breakfast, and smaller lunch and a big bowl of veggies really didn't leave me that hungry. I almost feel strange just writing that! It's interesting to look at portions that I'm certain wouldn't have been enough 20 days ago, and now know they will be satisfying!
It was much easier to stay on track today because it's a Monday! I've found that is often the case during the week.
What I Ate:
Breakfast: Fresh Fruit Bowl
Lunch: Avocado/Jicama Salad
Optional Snack: Chocolate Vegan Shakelogy, Chia Seeds, Whole Frozen Strawberries
Dinner: Asian Stir Fry, Braised Kale
