Ultimate Reset Day 10
Well, I'm certainly glad that it's Friday! Is it just me, or do these winter months seem LONG?!
Today was a busy one for me, and I didn't have much time to ruminate my state of hunger (or not), which was a good thing! I did bulk up my breakfast a bit with chia seeds and coconut flakes, and both hit the spot. I really enjoyed all the food today, I must say!
The struggle was real tonight for a glass of wine. What can I say, that Friday night drink must be deeply engrained in me. We had an early dinner, and instead of going into sloth mode after my wine, I actually was able to be productive. A nice change! I do plan to get some relaxation time in later on and look forward to waking up tomorrow bright eyed!
What I Ate:
Breakfast: Fresh Fruit Plate
Lunch: Sweet Potato and Roasted Red Pepper Bisque, Greek Salad
Optional Snack: Chocolate Vegan Shakeology with chia seeds and frozen strawberries (highlight of my day!)
Dinner: Quinoa-Lentil Pila (SO good), Steamed Broccoli
On to a busy weekend, which will hold its share of temptations, but I'm READY!
