Thank goodness it's FRIDAY! It was a good day on the food front here and I'm almost half way done!
Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!
Thank goodness it's FRIDAY! It was a good day on the food front here and I'm almost half way done!
Day 8 is in the bag! The food today started strong and got progressively basic, but the highlight was my shake!
Day 7 is here, and I'm at the end of Phase 1. Today I'm recapping my day, and the first week!
Day 6 for me marks a turning point. My energy is back...and dare I say even BETTER than I've had in a long time?!
Day 5 went by quickly, and there was less prep today...always a win in my book!
Day 4 started off strong on the energy front, then I hit a wall. Luckily things ended on a great note with our dinner!
Today's highlight was FOOD. Yes...I'm doing a cleanse and the highlight of my day was food. I can't believe it either!
Ultimate Reset Day 1 is complete! My thoughts are up on the blog.
Planning truly is everything, and this week I'm setting myself up to really get back on track!

30 days of clean eating, balance and mixed martial arts has been good to me!
I'm moving right along with my new health and fitness program - Core de Force. Up on the blog today, I'm talking all about Week 3!
Next week is Thanksgiving, which traditionally means it's GAME ON, and also STRESS ON. This year, I'm committed to enjoying my holiday season. Are you with me?
I'm almost at the halfway point in my latest program and am already pretty surprised at some of the changes happening!
My first week of Core de Force is in the bag. My thoughts and experience so far is up on the blog!
