I finished my latest fitness program this past weekend (22 Minute Hard Corps), and wanted to give you my wrap up of this program.

I use an analogy of sailing often in my challenge groups when things get tough, and we are faced with a lot of temptations that holidays like Easter provide. When you are sailing, and drift off course, what would you do?
22 Minute Hard Corps arrived this week and I think I'm in love.
This week for me was all about gearing up for my fast approaching trip to the tropics! I rounded out the 21 Day Fix and started in on an awesome new program called 22 Minute Hard Corps.
Today I want to talk about successful meal planning. It's magic! Yes, taking 30 minutes to an hour each week just to plan ahead is MAGIC and has so many benefits.
As a busy mom it can feel overwhelming to plan out clean eating meals for an entire week. Isn't it just easier to get frozen, pre-prepared meals and order out?
I can't believe I'm already one full week into Hammer & Chisel! It's been a great week full of challenging and fun workouts.
I'm getting ready to start Hammer & Chisel on Monday and am so excited to start a new program!
I'm starting to wind down my day to day activities and shift my focus to full on Thanksgiving preparation.
