This week for me was all about gearing up for my fast approaching trip to the tropics! I rounded out the 21 Day Fix and started in on an awesome new program called 22 Minute Hard Corps. Amazingly it's only 22 minutes, but already I can feel that it's going to deliver intense results in even less time! This week, learning that I can get in a full workout within 22 minutes made me VERY happy!
