Well, it's been a little quiet here, hasn't it?! I'm so sorry for that, but the truth is I've been jet-setting.....I'm kidding. Kind of!
Ah change. It's so difficult to get out of our comfort zone!
I've been thinking a lot lately about the past year and how much has happened in such a short time.
This weekend I was lucky enough to travel to Pittsburgh, PA for a training event geared toward coaches in Beachbody.
This weekend I'm flying the coop SOLO, on a PLANE (I'm just a little excited....) to a Super Saturday in Pittsburgh, which is essentially a mini convention for Beachbody health coaches.
