I really love new fitness programs, but even more so when I find the workout intriguing and challenging. I've been doing Beachbody workouts now for almost 2 years, and I have to say...I think out of all the programs I've seen launch, THIS is could be my favorite!
I was lucky enough to do a workout with these master trainers, Joel and Jericho in person back in March and was already hooked. After I did the sneak peak earlier this month, I was convinced that I need this workout in my life....stat. Now, I'm thrilled to announce that I'm going to be kicking off my exclusive test group for this new program in 2 weeks!
One of the things I LOVE about this program is the physical component, of course, but it's also all about empowerment and feeling STRONG.
What is it?
Core de Force isn't just any kickboxing workout. Every move is designed to work your core at all angles. Joel and Jericho call this "360-Degree Core Training" - and it's more effective than traditional abdominal training to help tighten up your entire midsection and carve a more defined waist. Who doesn't want that?!
The moves are "rotational". That means you'll work your core from 360 degrees every time you hit play. The results is a visibly tighter, firmer midsection and more defined waistline in 30 days.
The program consists of 8 workouts via online streaming or DVDs that alternate boxing, kickboxing and may thai combinations, cardio spikes and bodyweight training. It also includes 2 bonus workouts!

No. Everyone can go at their own pace—but don't worry, the music will still reflect the intensity of the rounds!
Do you need to know how to do martial arts to do this program?
Joel and Jericho teach the breakdowns of every move, no matter your fitness level. There's even a ‘Learn It & Work It’ video before every workout that also breaks down technique and form to maximize your results!
What if I'm a beginner, can I still do CORE DE FORCE?
In CORE DE FORCE, everyone can work at their own pace! In each workout there's a modifier that shows a less intense move option. Also, Beachbody® On Demand will have a dedicated "modifier window" feature which gives you a constant view of the modified moves!
What kind of results can I expect from CORE DE FORCE?
It's a core-blasting, fat-torching, full-body sculpting program. You'll tighten and tone everything and become stronger from the inside out. You'll also increase your cardiovascular fitness, endurance, speed, agility and coordination—and your confidence!
What makes this program unique?
The key here is a variety of MIXED moves from mixed martial arts workouts like kickboxing, boxing and muay thai. Combine those with bodyweight training and cardio conditioning and you've got a pretty explosive combination. All in just 30 days!
Is there an eating plan?
The CORE DE FORCE workouts and the Eating Plan included with the program are designed to help you get results quickly.
The nutrition guide was created to be simple, clean foods, that you can easily measure out and combine to give yourself a well balanced nutrition plan that will fuel your body with the energy it needs to crush the next workout on the schedule and get the results that you want. If you really want to know what this program can do for your body make sure that you are 100% committed to the nutrition plan because what you eat is 80% of the results that you get.
The nutrition plan follows the portion fix, but you will not receive another set of containers unless you want them! Each food category is measured out and explained in detail to you. The plan is meant to be SUPER EASY to follow so that you don’t get overwhelmed with to many options. Plus, in the test group I am hosting I am going to be walking you through the entire nutrition plan as well.

Can I get involved in a Support & Accountability Group?
This part is VERY important! It's easy to go out and just buy this program and do the workouts. However, often times we will purchase a program, or start a workout with amazing intentions, but end up losing steam or making excuses for why this isn't the best time to start.
If you really want to take charge of your fitness and nutrition, it's time to get involved in a closed online community of support that is going to help you start and complete the program and get the RESULTS that you want just in time for the holidays. As part of this group, I am going to help you create a holiday plan without deprivation!

- In my Test Group I am going to be requiring that each participate for the entire 30 days of the program starting on the 7th of November. Each participant must have ME as their assigned coach. You cannot already be working with another coach or be a coach yourself.
- You must be willing to participate daily in the closed online group. I will have you log your workouts, your daily food activity and provide you with tools, tips and recipes to help you get to your goals.
- You must be willing to give it your all! Change is not always easy but it is always worth it!
