The Master's Hammer and Chisel - All The Details

It's almost here, and I'm really excited about this brand new launch coming on December 1st called Hammer and Chisel! I have had such wonderful results with Autumn Calabrese's 21 Day Fix and absolutely love that program. The addition of weights to my routine literally changed my entire body, and this program looks to rely on that formula as well. I initially was worried about 'bulking up' and scoffed at weights but I'm now a believer after seeing some serious changes. I'm actually leaner now than I ever was just doing endless cardio workouts and light weights here and there. What I'm saying is, do NOT let the weights scare you!

Details:

The program pairs Autumn with another trainer - Sigi Kalev - and is billed as an expert workout system to  deliver breathtaking, body changing results in 60 days! The program will share strategies and tips from these two expert trainers to  shape powerful muscles, shed body fat, and build a ripped physique.  Personally, I'm looking forward to feeling my best, working more on core definition and developing more arm strength. This is a 60 day program and each workout ranges from 30-40 minutes which is perfect for me because anything longer than that I can't do. I'm a busy mom and this time of year is all about getting it in and done!

Who is this program for & how is it different than the 21 Day Fix programs?

This program is for men and women who are looking for a comprehensive resistance training or muscle-sculpting program and for those who have enjoyed Body Beast, 21 Day Fix or 21 Day Fix Extreme programs. While the 21 Day Fix Extreme is a shorter, goal-specific program, the Master’s Hammer & Chisel is a full 60-day program with slightly longer workouts (25-40 minutes). While the 21 Day Fix Extreme focuses on getting you shredded in the shortest time possible, this program also helps to improve other aspects of your fitness, such as muscular endurance, power, strength and agility.

What equipment is needed?

  • You need dumbbells {5-20lbs} for women depending on your strength
  • Pull up bar or over the door attachment for the resistance bands (I use the attachment)
  • Weight bench or stability ball (I will be using the ball)
  • Optional Equipment and items that I'd recommend are  the Team Beachbody Club Membership so you can access on Demand live streaming and the Beachbody Performance Line Supplements so that you can maximize your muscle recovery, performance and results.
