New Superfoods Shake - Café Latte!
My daily superfoods shake, Shakeology, recently came out in a new flavor...Café Latte! It just landed on my doorstep last week and I'm loving the taste. I'm actually not a coffee drinker, but I'm enjoying the taste of this, and it's giving me that dose of coffee flavor that I have actually come to miss!
This is the 7th flavor of this drink and includes whole coffee fruit, which is a superfood native to regions of Mexico and India. Coffee fruit is the red fruit that surrounds what we know as the coffee bean. I love that use of the entire plant also minimizes Shakeology's carbon footprint.

The caffeine levels in Café Latte are the same as they are in all of the Shakeology flavors. So even though it tastes like coffee, Café Latte contains 75% less caffeine than an 8 oz. cup of Joe! I've been mixing it with chocolate Shakeology for a mocha flavor, and it's also pretty amazing with just almond coconut milk, a teaspoon of peanut butter, ice and water! There are tons of really great recipes for it!
The shake comes in the regular 30 serving bag, a 25 serving box of travel packs OR (this option is popular with my clients) in a Barista Triple Combo Box. This pack contains 24 single-serving packets of Café Latte, Vanilla, and Chocolate (8 per flavor), so you can mix and match your shakes like a true barista.
