I'm really looking forward to cutting out all sweets and desserts when I'm committed to living a healthy life. Said no one EVER.
This recipe is adapted from the Fixate cookbook and it's a perfect way to tackle that post-dinner sweet treat craving, with none of the calories. It's 100% fix approved and a great option to stay ON TRACK! I'm not normally a peanut butter/banana ice cream type of girl, but this was kind of everything.
The only problem....sticking to 1 serving (1/4 cup)!
- 3 frozen bananas
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- Splash of Almond Milk
- Chopped Almonds and Dark Chocolate Chips or shaved Dark Chocolate to garnish
1. Combine frozen bananas, peanut butter, and almond milk if needed. Blend!
2. Top with a small amount of chocolate and almonds and enjoy!
