CLARITY Project Update + April

I haven't written about the Clarity Project too much this month, because I took on something less ambitious - trying to walk every day for at least 15 minutes. Guess what? It DIDN'T happen! The weather here was worse than I thought it would be (there was actually a snowstorm, in March), but I did get out much more than usual, and it helped.

Now that spring is here and summer is approaching, walking every day should be easier, but it still can be hard to make time for it. This is definitely something that is going to be a work in progress, and I plan to really try to bring this mindset with me into every I have with each month's focus for the Clarity Project (link). I will keep you posted about how it goes! I exercise every day, which has brought me countless benefits, but I know that it would help even more to get out for some more fresh air every day!

So...that leaves us with April - which is just about here. I'm so excited to announce that my Clarity focus in April is going to be yoga! Specifically ... yoga teacher training. I'm looking to deepen my practice, and start sharing the magic with others. I see this as a wonderful complement to my coaching business and it's something I've wanted to do for years. 

I've practiced yoga on and off for over a decade now and many times have contemplated training to become a teacher. What held me back? Fear, plain and simple. I've decided that now it is finally the time to face that fear and do something that I know is going to bring me greater clarity and focus on my path.

April is going to be a challenging, fun and AWESOME month. I can't wait to share it with you!
