I’m a mom, certified wellness coach and yoga instructor, and am passionate about empowerment through wellness. I’ve been through the joys of new motherhood, but also the lows of postpartum depression. I’ve felt the thrill of coming back into my body after pregnancy, but also the effects of overly controlling my food intake and over-exercising — leading to severe vitamin deficiencies and depletion.
Because I’ve had these experiences in my life and am now in a balanced place, I feel I’m in a unique position to share what I’ve learned with you. My mission is to help empower through a return to simple wellness principles, daily movement and mindfulness. Whether it's creating concoctions in my kitchen to nourish the body, teaching yoga and meditation, or following a calling to explore deeper spiritual interests -- I want to share it here, with you.
Listening to your body (always), balance (no protocols or strict rules), and that magic exists right here on earth. I’m always growing, and consider empowerment to be a passion and calling.

I always want to start out my day on a good note, but it can be so hard with kids. For quite a while, just being able to sleep right up until the last minute before my kids work up was my first priority. Here’s where I am now.
