I love breakfast, but rarely have the time to do anything that takes more than 5 minutes flat to prepare. This week is spring break in my neck of the woods, and it seems I have less time than ever with my little ones at home for the week.
The good news is that after spring break, summer always seems to come right away. With that, comes farmer's markets and fresh BERRIES!
Berry season will soon be upon us, and I'm finding lately that I just can't wait! This recipe will be perfect once they are in season, but it also hits the spot for me year around. Recipe below for some berry love!
- 1 cupgrape-nuts cereal
- 1 cupgreek yogurt
- 1 cupraspberries
- 1 cupblueberries
- 1 cup segmented clementines
- All natural honey
- In a glass, mason jar or serving bowl, layer Grape-Nuts Cereal, Greek yogurt, raspberries, honey, grape-nuts, Greek yogurt, and blueberries, clementines, honey. Repeat in that order until you fill your glass or serving bowl.
