January is here! How are you doing on those resolution or goals that you set of the New Year? Are you still feeling that fresh spirit that you had when you saw the clock turn to 2017?
If you are anything like me, January started with a bang and shows no signs of slowing down. The kids are back in school (thank GAWD), but the activities have all started back up as has homework and school events.
With my next challenge group, I really want to focus on ways to revive and thrive this time of year. Winter doesn't need to be a time of stagnation and sadness! Regardless of whether you live in a sunny locale or the freezing northeast (ahem), our happiness level starts with our mindset.
