Day 13 was a great one, and I feel like I just may be getting the hang of this whole "reset" thing!
Tumeric, ginger and oranges oh my! As I keep exploring ways to clean up nutrition, I'm also expanding my interest in natural beauty and home products as well as remedies. It's cold season now, and I've started exploring some natural remedies at home.
Reflecting on a very clear ending, but perhaps the beginning of something even better.
Next week is Thanksgiving, which traditionally means it's GAME ON, and also STRESS ON. This year, I'm committed to enjoying my holiday season. Are you with me?

This past weekend, I sent my son on Saturday morning off with his dad for a day of skiing. I started the day in good spirits with my two little guys.
