My first week of Core de Force is in the bag. My thoughts and experience so far is up on the blog!
As I started Core de Force this week I was reminded to focus on my progress, despite a few bumps in the road! That...and my plans for this coming week!
It's time for a change. Things have gotten off balance for me, and I'm taking action. Today's post is all about the importance of a plan, and knowing when to take action.

I finished my latest fitness program this past weekend (22 Minute Hard Corps), and wanted to give you my wrap up of this program.

One of the things I love about my at-home workouts, is that every few months I get to switch it up and try a new program.
I can't believe I'm already one full week into Hammer & Chisel! It's been a great week full of challenging and fun workouts.
It's almost here, and I'm really excited about this brand new launch coming on December 1st called Hammer and Chisel!
